DIRECTIONS: Mix 2.5 cups of water and 2.5 cups of milk and with a wire whisk, whisk in soup mix. Brink to a boil stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes stirring occasionally. The longer it simmers, the thicker it gets.
Crock Pot: Pour 2.5 cups of hot water and 2.5 cups of milk pot and whisk in soup. Let simmer on low for at least 1.5 hours. If it thickens to much just add a little water to thin out.
For Variety: Add 3/4 cup corn and 3/4 cup of diced chicken for a great corn chowder.
For Dip: Use 1.5 cups of hot water and 1.5 cups of milk in a crock pot for minimum of 2 hours and use as a dip or over a baked Potato.
